Hi Don, From the start screen type: Change sound card settings and press enter twice.
In the playback list arrow to your speakers, might be the only thing in the list. Tab to the properties button and press enter. Shift-tab once to move the focus to the tab control Right arrow, you should find a tab called effect, enhancements or something to that effect. If you tab through you should find what you're looking for.
