O.k.: I have to step in here.
This support is limited to use RESIDENTS. Several of us over the years have commented that overseas dealers vary in their support, from not very good to non-existent. When I had problems with Excel, and I emailed the old GW support, I did not receive any help. We cannot buy products online, and although I am clearly concerned that AI Squared was recently hacked, one of the reasons given for why we can’t buy online is the issue of security and risk of fraud. There was a recent competition limited only to U.S. customers. We must be patient for the one which will be applicable to non-U.S. residents. How patient? As a matter of business importance – AI Squared needs to address poor customer support for its overseas customers, as it charges exactly the same price for exactly the same product, but doesn’t deliver customer support. I am hopeful that when I install version nine at work this week, my Excel problem wil be solved. But if not – I’ll raise it again. Maybe we will get our competition, but there is risk of turning blue from holding my breath for too long. So: you people who get good customer support are lucky, and that is what you have paid for as part of the product purchase. Just as well that the pioneering spirit when it comes to software is alive and well out here. Vaughan. I just have to say that I’ve been given the best damn tech support I’ve ever had from anywhere. Thank you Doug and Ai staff.
