Bud,

1.  Press Control-Backslash to bring Window-Eyes to the foreground.
2.  In the settings tree, navigate to Devices -> Synthesizers.
3.  Tab to the synthesizer list, and select "SAPI."
4.  Tab once more to the list of SAPI voices installed. You will find
"VW Kate" and/or "VW Paul" listed here.
5.  Once you find the voice you want to use, press Enter to activate it.
6.  If all is well, choose "Keep Changes" in the dialog which next opens.
7.  Finally, press Control-S to save the change.
