I have sent your email to the GW Info list and hopefully someone will get back to you soon. I would first disable your ante Virus program and try and relicense the product and see if the issue continues? What ante Virus program are you using? I would also make sure that you have installed all Windows updates for your computer, Start menu, all programs, Windows updates. You don't have to install the google tool bar though. Does this help?
