Kelly, Hello.

Thank you for your email. You can use the program that has been outlined to you
by the other list members or you can just disable the following items and see
if they resolve your issue. Personally though, I don't see anything that is out
of the ordinary in your list of running programs that would cause the issues
you are experiencing.

You can disable the following items:

Intel Common User Interface all three.

I would leave everything else.

Do not disable the iTunes helper item!

Thank you.

Brendon Donohue.

Hi,

The suggestion about using MSConfig is a good one. I looked at what's in the
Startup tab, and am not sure what to disable. There are three items labeled
"Intel Common User Interface", each with different filenames or registration
keys, as well as "Intel USB Monitor", another "USB Monitor 3.0" item from
Renesas Technologies, and iTunes Helper. I'll definitely do some research
into all this before disabling anything, but just thought I'd let you know
what I found.

Thanks.

Yours Sincerely,
Kelly John Sapergia
