It depends on the encryption used. Can you give us a call so we can work through this over the phone?

Subject: Re: [GWN] Network Key

Hello Nicole. When you find the wireless connection press enter on the connection and uncheck the check box that the network key is provided for you. Now switch to ascii input mode with space-g and type in the key with no spaces. Use computer Braille for this. Once you type the key in, press enter and if you typed it in correctly, it will work. If you are having trouble, give us a call between 8 am and 5 pm Eastern time during the week and we can help you out.

Many thanks.

Hi,

Need someone to help out here. I am trying to use the BSP with our wireless LAN.

However, our network key involves "spaces" in between. How do I type in the space?

Nicole.
