Hi Stacey, I think the previous page command worked properly in an earlier version of the firmware. Cliff -----Original Message----- From: stacey robinson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, July 10, 2008 3:56 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [GWN] VS previous page problem on Web Braille
Hi Cliff, I've had the same thing happen when downloading a book, so I think it's supposed to be this way. Stacey Robinson and GEB dog Chesley In Tennessee. [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----- Original Message ----- From: Cliff <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Fry To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, July 10, 2008 1:58 PM Subject: [GWN] VS previous page problem on Web Braille Hi, If I go to Web Braille, to magazines, to PC World, and select a volume to download, I select "I agree, best for note takers". The magazine downloads in to the word processor and I save it. I then use the space Z command to close the word processor. This puts me back to the place, in the browser, where I pressed enter to initiate the download. If I then use the backspace P command, to go to the previous page, to select the next volume, the VS repeats the "button best for note takers. When I press the space C command to see what is in the current line, it says 56 percent processed, and that remains there. I can occasionally get further speech, and if I press the previous page again, I end up two pages back, in the list of magazines. In other words, the previous page command doesn't seem to work properly, after downloading a volume from Web Braille. I am using firmware version 1.21 20080422. Thanks, Cliff
