This is by design, it will search or should search the last name and
anything with that string will be found.

This morning a did an address search. I typed in the last name
of Li. When I entered the BS original said that I had 22 records.
I had 22 records that had those letters in the last name in
addition to other letters. (ie) Last name Clinic first name
Thomas. I that record the letters L I are in the last name. How
could I tell the BS that I only want LI. I decided to search by
the first name but I shouldn't have to do that. Help and thanks.
