Hi. Try the following in this order.
1. Install the Window-Eyes USB Braille Sense patch on your PC. This file
can be downloaded from http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Downloads/?fileNo=1105
2. From the BSP, go into options with space-o, then press
space-dots-4-5-6 to get to the very last option called Mobile disk.
3. Press space to toggle this to off. Now press enter to save the options.
4. Press U then S then U to open utilities, then terminal for screen
reader, then usb port.
5. Once the terminal program has begun, connect the USB cable between
the PC and the BSP. Note that you will connect the larger, flat end of
the cable to the PC and the small rectangle end to the usb port on the
BSP. This is the port closest to the front on the right side panel of
the notetaker.
Windows might indicate that new hardware was found and that new device
drivers have been installed. If you are using Vista, it may ask you if
the drivers were installed successfully. Tell it yes and now you can do
the one last step.
6. Press control-backslash then alt-f, then B to open the Braille
display selection dialog box. Now press down arrow until you get to the
Braille Sense. Tab once to theusb port and press enter.
Now, if all has gone well the Braille Sense should be displaying what
Window-Eyes is showing.

Hi list
I tried to use my braille sense with window eyes with using the bsp as a
braille display.
when I set window eyes to braille display and to braille sense plus I
then set it to usb and when I pressed ok it went silent.
I loaded system access and my computer worked. I also loaded jaws and it
worked window eyes was there but I could do nothing with it.
I will have to learn my lesson and read both manuals.
the only I got window eyes back on was to do a real install.
must be my fault maybe should use serial connection. but strange it went
silent.
hth.
