Hello Paul. Welcome to the list. One command I would suggest to help you
get going is the space-h command. When pressed from anywhere, it will
give you hot keys which you can use in what ever program or area you are
in. When you open the menu with space-h pressed together, you can move
through the list using the up/down arrows which by default are the small
round buttons on the right side of the Voice Sense. If you are used to
space-commands, then space-dot-1 and space-dot-4 will do the same thing.
