Hello! Start your media content first whether an online stream or playing a file! Press F1. This takes you back to file manager. You can then launch Email, or whatever program you care to launch within your unit and listen to your music or whatever in the background while you Email, read the newspaper, book etc.
While I have it here, the operation of the Braille Sense Plus and the Voice Sense are identical for all practical purposes. The Braille Sense Plus records in Mp3 file where the VS records in WAV file format. The Braille Sense Plus has the visual display where the VS does not. Also, one can print or emboss from the Braille Sense Plus where one can't do so from the VS. Those are the differences between the two units. Otherwise, the operation is much the same!
