Hello Stacey. First run the schedule manager and choose the backup option. This will insure that the copy of the data in active memory will be written to the flashdisk. Once you do this and have closed the schedule manager, simply copy the contents of the /flashdisk/database folder. It will backup your schedule manager, wireless Internet settings, address manager, and database manager data. The file which contains your schedule information is called planner.dat. However simply backing up the database will insure everything is backed up. You might want to give kb1090 at http://gwmicro.com/kb1090 for instructions on backing up everything in case you want to do that.

Hope this helps.
