Hello. Please browse to the /flashdisk/email/inbox folder and remove the
file mailinfo.txt. After that, start the email program and see if the
problem is fixed. Getting rid of this file will not damage your email
messages.

Braille Sense Plus and when it is processing maieal most of the time it freezes. If I
press SPACE, it says "no mail" but then if I reset, the mail is there. I do
wait a while to make sure it's not just processing very slowly. I usually have only 3 or
4 emails so it's not like I'm overloading it.
I do have a few (3 or 4) some spam filters now. But it shouldn't take long
to filter 3 emails.
