Hello All. The order can make a difference. Aslo, we have a knowledge
base article located at www.gwmicro.com/kb. Just do a search for the
Braille Sense ones and you will find how to connect it to the pc using
usb and using Bluetooth.
Many thanks.

Hi,
First of all, you need to obtain the wineyes_usb_connect_install.exe
file from the gw site.
I believe it's under braillesense and support files.
You need to run that to establish some sort of link via usb.
Then, connect the bs plus. Mobile disk does need to be turned off.
After that, and the "find new hardware" wizard does it's thing, Just
go into the we control pannel, select the braillesense braille
display, and the usb port.
You should then have your bs working as a braille display.
I did it here and it works very well.
You only have to run that wineyes_connect program one time to get
things going the first time.

Subject: [GWN] BSP B32 AS BRAILLE DISPLAY?
Hi Everyone:
Today, I connected the BSP B32 to the computer using its USB port
interface. It was identified as another disk. What I really want to
do is to use it as a raille display because I want to REVIEW a POINT
OF SALE software for accessibility using a Braille display.
I need this POINT OF SALE software for use at a retail store I am
about to open. My questions are:
1. Should the Mobile Disk be turned off?
2. I did go to Utilities and pressed S for Terminal for Screen
Reader Mode and chose USB port interface. In Window-Eyes, I chose
BrailleSense as my Braille display. nothing came on the screen
thereafter. What could I have done differently?
3. The computer indicated that new hardware was found. Is there a
DRIVER that needs to be installed in order to MAKE THE BSP B32 work
as advertised?
Sorry, a trilion questions and there will probably be many more. But
I can use some help for an initial start, mega thanks to all!
Sincerely,
Olusegun
