Hello all!

The card which went bad lasted two or three years I think! I was using it when
I had an M-power, then got the Voice Sense, used it on my PC a tine or two, so
it lasted some while!

    Hi Stacey,

Actually it did happen with my stream too, but I don't believe it was the
fault of the stream at all.

      Hi Don,
I had the same thing happen with a card that I use for my stream.

        Jim,

Glad you got it straightened out. Yes, those little cards really can
give out. I had one do that a while back, one of the little teeth came loose
on the card and it wasn't working reliably at all. I was lucky though as I was
able to get it to work long enough to rescue my data, but I really was just
plain luchy. <smile>

        Don

Thank you Alex, Don and Rhonda!

Rhonda phoned me and I used a very small unimportant card. I found
the switch with Rhonda's help and all is well! I also tried other cards with
the switch! Unfortunately, the card I was having problems with self
distructed! So! I kept the box but threw the card away! I'm certain I'll
gradually reconstruct what was on it! had books, personal info and various
other things on the card. Oh well! I'll probably replace it whenever I can!

          Again thanks!

          Jim
