[GWN] downloading an m p 3 file to other than the download folder

How can one change where the download of an m p 3 goes from a  
website?
When I find the m p 3 link I want to download I can only tab to 
confirm and then it automatically goes into the download folder.  
How can I say download it on to an s d card?
