In addition, it's kind of pointless to connect the Victor to the Braille
Sense since you have to use SD cards with the Victor, why not just
insert the SD card into the Braille Sense and copy your files to it that
way.
Many thanks.

The likely reason why the BS doesn't recognize the Victor Reader Stream is that
the USB subsystem makes the SD card look like a drive without a partition. I
have no idea how Windows figures this out, but in Linux the Stream looks like
a SCSI drive with no primary partitions. Fortunately this doesn't hinder
access, but since the BS expects a true FAT partition, in won't work on that
machine.

Hmmm ... I'll have to dig out my floppy drive and see if it works. I
wonder if any of those 250 gig portable hard drives works with the BS
Plus? I hate to buy one only to have it not work.
I know for sure that the BS Plus does *not* recognize the Victor Reader
Stream as an external drive. (I'll try anything once.)

I have an external floppy drive which works great with my Braille Sense
Classic. I have had problems with the BS locking up due to bad disks.
