Most Cf cards have a small ridge on the bottom side facing the surface the unit is sitting on. If you have finger nails you can point your pointer finger up and behind the ridge and then pry/pull away from the unit. If you can get your pointer and middle finger behind the ridge that works better.

Any tips for getting cf cards out of the slot.  I've reasonably
small fingers
but I swear those things are stuck in their with glue or
something.  Anyone
else find the cf drive really hard to access and are there any
tips to make
it less difficult.  I like the S.D.  drive because the card just
pops out but
I use a lot of CF cards, guess I'll just have to pack a small set
of pliars
with my BS+.
