Hi, Glad it worked for you. I've used other notetakers in the past and they all seem to lock up every now and then for sometimes apparently no reason. The braillesense plus will do it occassionally, but really not very often. Definitely less so than some other notetakers I've used in the past.
So, doesn't sound like you have a lemon at all, you just ran into one of those random occurrences.
