Hello another thing to try is to not only hard reset the device but also to soft reset it. Just by pressing the little button on the top it will most likely fix the problem but there is another way to reset the device and that is by pressing quickly dots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, along with F2, and F3. now let me clearify this when I say hard reset and soft reset I do not mean wipping all your data, it just means hard reset tends to reset your hard ware, and soft reset tends to reset your software.
