Hi:
I also have to keep a word count for some of the material I submit to groups
I belong to. Sure I can do this on the pc, but if I'm doing my writing on
the bs+ then why not just do the work, count the words and email it in with
one machine. Also I don't want to have to spell check a document every time
I need to know exactly how many words it contains, particularly where one
might be writing using a dialect where every second word is going to be
mispelled in order to make it sound correct.
Thanks
Tessa

Hi Tessa and List

I have pasted below a reply to one of the questions that I went back to Hims
about, re the word count:

"1. Word Count: Yes, Braille Sense Plus QWERTY also does not have word count
function and we do not have plan to do it yet. We will consider to add this
function in the future if lots of customer want to add this function."

So, I guess we have to make it known that it is wanted. I do opinions/essays
and I find it necessary to have that word count feature as you are working
to a required number of words.

Kind Regards
Janine Smith

Hi, I too would like to see a word count if that's possible. Yes one can get
one by spell checking a document but that could be rather tedious if one is
just trying to fine tune a file or you just need a word count and don't care
about the spelling. Perhaps make word count a separate feature of the spell
checker? I wonder why it isn't part of the page feature? When I check what
page number I'm on it gives the number of lines and paragraphs so why not
the number of words?
