I don't have an exact reason s to why this happens, but usually we see
this if the card is removed and updated and replaced while the Sense
notetaker is powered off. Then when you power it on, it's like it has a
cache of the card before it was updated. So to update things, removing
and reinserting fixes them.
Many thanks.

I suspect either removing the card or turning off the unit and turning the
unit back on will do the trick.
Perhaps someone at GW Micro could chime in here, but I've seen this happen
with the Sense products and other note takers. Sometimes they don't refresh
the info from the card until either they are restarted or like you did,
removing the card and putting it back in.

Subject: [GWN] CF card question
I copied a file on to my CF card and then moved the card to my pc. I copied
another 15 or so files from the pc to the card but when I moved it back to
the BS+ even though I had exited out of file manager when I inserted the
card it wouldn't recognize the files I had added. I had to remove the card
again and then put it back in before the machine would see my new files. Any
reason why this happens and a means of avoiding it? Thanks Tessa
