[GWN] downloading Book Sense manual with the VS

Can someone please take me through the steps to download the Book 
Sense manual using a VS 1,3?
I'd like to download it to the VS!
Which version, txt, rtf or doc is the one to try?
I can get it so by going through the browser I can read it, 
however, is there a way to simply download it into the download 
folder?
