Hi, Assuming you purchased the sensenav activation, you can download maps and poi's.
The serial requested is the serial number of your braillesense. The password is usually your last name and once logged in, you can change that. The actual software is on the braillesense within the firmware, so you'll see only maps and poi's on the sendero site and they will be only for the current version of sensenav.
