Hello everyone, I just got my Braille Sense Plus yesterday and I love it! However, I do have one issue. The rare panel of the braille sense plus seems to be loose. It squeaks if you slightly push on it. Is this supposed to be the case? By the rare panel, I am referring to that on which there is a brailled label of the serial number as well as the latches to release the battery. Thanks for any information. All the best, Nafisah.
