That, unfortunately, will not work. If GWM's database manager and address book supported CSV file importing then it would be a matter of a few easy steps, but as it is right now you cannot copy records like you did favorites I am not sure about synchronizing options on the VS, but if such a thing is supported, that is a possible route.
