Shannon: I'm not sure there is an on-board table. You've gotten different answers because there are two differing circumstances in which you'd use the "at" sign and the usage is slightly different.
(1) You're writing in Grade 2 but need to insert some computer braille using the Computer Braille Code. You begin the code with & 5d ) in which case, the "at" character inside this "begin computer braille" and "end computer braille" is simply dot 4. (2) You're writing with the setting set to ASCII. In this case, you write the "at" sign by either (a) pressing U-chord (that's U while holding down the spacebar) and then hitting dot 4 or (b) holding down the backspace, space and dot 4 all at the same time to produce one character, the "at" sign.
