Sarah, is that actually a braille manual or just a quick reference guide. I just got my bs+ early this summer and did not get a braille manual but rather about 30 or so pages of commands, to braille the manual would likely be hundreds of pages. The manual is on the cd you should have received and you should be able to find the info needed there. HTH tessa

Hi Joe, I totally forgot that the description of where the AC adaptor needs to be plugged in and all that is in the help file. As I was getting frustrated, because my battery power was getting low, and I had no clue where to plug in the adaptor, I thought I'd skroll through the menu list and I saw help. So when I first glanced in that area I saw the same information that was in the braille manual sent to me. Then, I saw an introduction section that isn't written in the braille manual. I think it should be included in that, because if someone hadn't shown me where to turn on and off the BSP I would have been very frustrated. On the BS original there's a toggle switch on the right pannel to turn the unit on and off. That isn't the case with the BSP. Even though, there are a lot of similarities to these two units, there's enough to throw one off who haven't used the unit before. So I think GW Micro should include in the braille manual the physical description of all its hardware that they sell. Just my opinion.
