my wife is trying to download the current presidential release which is an audio file. The download starts but usually times out before the file is done. She uses the braille sense classic. Her braille sense classic uses a wireless connection and our router is set for both wireless b and g mode. The signal strength shows excelant and she has tried to download this file at different times of the day and night. Does anyone have any ideas? Dudley
