Hello Paulette, Check your favorites and you should see ACB radio listed there. Press enter. Look for the MP3 stream and I think it says mp3 or Win amp stream. Press enter on that and you should hear it playing. Press spacebar up arrow to turn up volume or spacebar down arrow to turn down volume. Try other favorits which have other call letters and you should easily get the hang of it. I can tell you later how to put a new stream in and have it go to favorites.

If the cord is too short, you may not have enough of an antenna for suitable listening. The cord with speakers or headphones is the antenna for the internal Sense FM Radio.
