Hi Don,
Thanks so much. I thought of ordering a new cable just in case.
I must have been half asleep when typing that subject line.
Sorry about that. The connectors feel firmly in place but they may not be.
All's well right at the moment.

Have a blessed day,

Hi Stacey,

I've had this happen in the past and it turned out that the usb connector was not firmly in place, so you might check the connectors to be sure they are all the way in. Also, it's possible that it could be the cable itself.

Hi all,
I've e-mailed GW support about this and am waiting for a reply, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this issue. I keep my voice sense and SyncBraille in my combo case all the time. I have the short cable to connect everything together. Lately, while in church, my SyncBraille will connect and disconect on its own. I think this may have something to do with the cable but I'm not sure. It has also happened at home a few times recently. I don't know if it's my cable or my battery. Has anyone ever had this issue? It is rather annoying because when the SycBraille disconects the voice comes on. It will disconect and reconect by itself.
Thanks,

Have a blessed day.
