Hi All, I love my Braille Sense Plus. I still love my Braille Sense Classic but my Braille Sense Plus is quieter, smaller and has some new features. I couldn't believe how much qieter and smaller it is. I like the larged flashdisk and the fact that I can use a big storage card. I know I how to be careful with the SAID Card. I also want to commend Gw Micro on their great Cu/omer Service. When I got my unit we found out that it would not charge either battery. GW MICRO HAD IT PICKED UP AND SENT US OUT ANOTHER ONE. It turns out the unit was defective. Their service was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them over Humanware. Eventually I am sure we will get an upgrade of Windows CE. It's also easier to edit dmcuments with the Braille Sense. Thanks hHims and Gw Micro for a great product. Colleen Roth
