I did this with eml files I'd copied off my pc.
create a second folder in your email folder, call it junk or something like 
that.
copy or move the eml files to the junk folder.
Open the email program it'll bring up the inbox
hit f2 for folders you should see inbox, storage box and your junk folder 
there
cursor down to junk and hit enter.
This should, emphasis on the word should save you inbox and open the junk 
folder and give you access to the emails there.
I have done this a couple times using the bsp.
Now if I remember correctly if you switch back to the inbox the emails in 
your junk folder will be carried over there, I don't know why, whereas if 
you exit without moving back tot he inbox they should stay in the junk 
folder.
