Hello. Some passport hard drives work, but most do not get enough power
from the Braille Sense alone. So the best bet is to get a hard drive
which has its own power supply. The Western Digital Elements drives are
good for this, but many are. Another thing is that the drive must be
formatted with the FAT32 file system in order for it to be seen by the
Braille Sense. If the drive is formatted with NTFS, it will not be
accessible by the Braille Sense.
