The hbl file is a braille file only the Sense notetakers can read. The
.brl file is a braille file anyone using a braille display or braille
translation software can read.

What is the difference between the h b l format and the brl format on the
voice sense?
ALSO, I can not write h b l together with a letter sign in front front of
it and have the VS say it right. It says blind. How can I fix this?
I translated a txt file into an h b l file and it looked different than
that of a brl
