Hello Michael and Dorothy,
Yes, I have made the mistake of not putting periods in my gmail user-name. That is why I must delete spam every two days or so. I have not told my ISP anything regarding the problem I am having with one of their email addresses. I've had other difficulties with this provider before and don't want to rehash those issues with them. So, good luck Dorothy; please feel free to let me know if you need any help setting up gmail. Take care,

Nafisah Anif

Yes, and I do not receive any spam on my one Gmail account be cause I included a period somewhere in my user name.

Hello Dorothy,
I think opening a gmail account is one of the best things you can do
right now. I do not use the email address from my ISP either because I
receive email at that address but sending mail is unsuccessful because
I do not know where it goes. Strange! I have a gmail account but my
only complaint is the amount of spam received. So, I think that if you
do open a gmail account, you should put some periods in your
user-name, for example, name.somewhere.gmail.com or something along
those lines, and perhaps you should include some numbers as well. In
this way your email address may not receive so much junk-mail. I hope
this helps. Take care,
Nafisah.

Hi all,

I am a new BSP user, and Verizon is my service provider.

In the beginning I had high speed internet, but I kept having connectivity issues. They determined that I was too far from the office, and they put me
on a lower speed.

Since then, I have not been able to receive attachments. I can send them,
but not receive any. Everything else is working fine.

For any of you who have Verizon as your ISP, are you having this problem?

I have spoken with Tech Support, and was told after testing, that it was a
Verizon issue.

I am definitely considering opening a Gmail account.

Thanks for any assistance that you can give me.
