7.11, on a windows 7 64 bit machine. All my drivers are up to date. I did a memory dump per instructions and sent it in back in January but apparently they couldn't figure out the problem because I never heard back. I wish it did work, I'd love to be able to use the braille sense as a display, but I guess I'm out of luck all around.
