Same thing as Daylight Saving Time.

It's a bug. At one time, we were told that the date/time interface was
being redesigned. Once Advanced Standard Time sets in for good, the
checkbox will stay set.

Does anyone know why the "use daylight savings" checkbox won't hold? When
I check it under the set date and time utility and confirm it and then go
back in, it is unchecked.
