I sent my Braille Sense in on March 2 and it is still in Korea as of now because it had not left custems until Tuesday, so the people at HIMS didn't receive it until yesterday. It really all depends on how long the units sit at Custems either here or there I have found out. Hope this helps.

When I sent my Braille Sense in, turnaround was something like ten days.

Hi all,
I just sent my syncbraille to gw for repairs yesterday. It should arrive tomorrow. Anyone whose had to send something in, what's the turn around time like?
Just curious.
Thanks,

Have a blessed day,
