Hello. I just recently purchased the BS+QWERTY so am still struggling to learn all the features and quirks. I have two questions but will deal with one at a time and I'm hoping to get some insight from anyone who can help.
First -- I tried to play my first DAISY book on my BS today and get the message "You are not authorized to read this protected book. Please contact your library for further information." I read in the help section that the BS "supports DAISY books that are version 3.0 or earlier." These are books that I've recently downloaded from either NLS or Bookshare. I am able to play them in my VR-Stream fine. Is there something I have to do to validate the BS? Why does the help file indicate only version 3.0 or earlier? Not that I know what version DAISY books are in now, but what about ones since version 3.0? Thanks in advance for any help.
