Hi Raul, I think it's a big deal. Many people can't send me things because they are docx files. Also, some people have to back-translate them for me. Some of us choose to use our Braille Sense rather than a computer. If I had to use a Computer I would not receive any email or Documents. I really appreciate this upgrade. Colleen Roth
