I couldn't find the new Sense NAV documentation on the GW Micro site, either, although there is an abbreviated form of it in the help menu, at least there is on my Voice Sense. As for the maps, I'm not quite sure of the cause of the problem you're having. Are you putting these maps on a compact flash card? And, did all the maps get copied over to the card, meaning was there space enough on the card for all of them? It didn't seem to make any difference in my case from when I experimented, but did you try putting the key file in the maps folder, as well as capitalizing the letter M when naming the Maps folder?
