Hi, List, I am working my way through the various aspects of 5.5 firmware for the BS 32.
The original 5.21 firmware wouldn't printeabbc it didn't support anything but PCL 3. Well, the help says that it now supports this language and higher. In short, I still can't print. I'm using a USB laser printer by HP. The BS says that my file successfully printed, but the printer did nothing. I really hoped that this problem would have been addressed in this new firmware. Any thoughts on what might have done wrong? Yes, I did have the printer turned on. Thanks in advance for your ideas. Joe G.
