Hi: Okay maybe it's just me but I'm having a terrible time understanding the help document for the import csv item I thought I got it working but it doesn't seem to have imported anything but the last name field. Raul did say if I remember correctly that we could import from outlook express if the address book was in a csv format. It seems to me that english is not the first language of the person who wrote this help file and so it's more complex than it needs to be and perhaps more difficult to understand for those who don't fully grasp how the whole thing works to begin with. Anyway if someone could put the thing into something a little simpler I'd appreciate it. Tessa
