Hi all, Since I've done my share of complaining, I just want to take a moment to say how much I appreciated having such a smooth upgrade process. :) I was traveling over the 4th of July holiday, so am only just now getting around to upgrading my unit. I upgraded online, and the process was as smooth as clockwork. Very nice not to have to download and save files and so on. Also, really appreciate that my files and emails were preserved.
