Hi Nancy,
Look at your folder structure again! You will see a text file. Delete that
text file which will come back again as a new one. It has numbers and such
and what you processed last. I don't remember the name of this text file
but I deleted it on a whim and my VS stopped crashing when I tried to go
into different folders.

Subject: [GWN] E-Mail on Updated BSP-Q
Hi All,
I supposedly successfully updated my BSP-Q last night from 5.2 to 5.5.
When I go into the email program, I see the three new folders and the four
folders I'd created previously. I can open the three new folders and
access any messages in them fine. However, when I try to open any of the
four folders I'd created, I hear the clang sound and the BSP-Q locks up so
I have to reboot. I tried moving a message from the inbox to one of the
four folders I'd created and it went - somewhere. And at one point, I
think when I was moving that message, I heard the complete list of folders
with the number of messages each had in them - as they were before I
updated. Then I tried deleting the folders and pasting them back from the
backed up copy I'd made before updating. They pasted back but again when I
tried to open them I got the clang sound and the system locked up. Any
ideas? All suggestions welcome.
Thanks,
Nancy
