Hello Joe:

Without a doubt, GW Micro in my books is a trillion times better than Microsoft. I've always lived with the believe that my complaints about how the BSP processes Braille would have been taken care of if GW Micro was the sole developer of the BSP. Perhaps this may wind up being more than a tall order, but that's my belief anyway.

GW Micro's customer service is SECOND TO NON and is an EXEMPLARY one that I hope software and equipment developers/manufacturers will elect to emulate.

Having said the above, I'd like to see GW Micro help make a POINT OF SALE software and an ACCOUNTING PROGRAM as accessible as is possible because I need both of these for use in my business. I will be willing to beta-test for them if necessary. Presently, I am working with a scripter who is scripting a POINT OF SALE SOFTWARE for me. It is NOT THE MOST ROBUST POS system, but, once I have deployed it and it is working satisfactorily, I plan to DONATE THE SCRIPTS to GW Micro with the hope that it will MAKE IT INTO THE NEXT RELEASE OF WINDOW-EYES!

Now when it comes to Raul--whether or not he works for GW Micro--he is the kind of guy that WILL WALK MORE THAN AN EXTRA MILE for anyone to make it possible for you to use your adaptive equipment and software. Without seeking to OPEN THE HISTORY books, he was the GO-TO guy when we once worked together and the rest of us would have endless problems with Jaws For DOS. We were both Denver buddies before his migration to Fort Wayne; I doff my hat to him anyday. Thanks Raul, God bless and keep you and your family.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
