I have tried on many occasions to update my VS running 1,31
offline. I was able to successfully download the 5,5 to an s d
card, however, was unable to unzip it. I then successfully
downloaded the firmware from the GW site to a c f card and was
able to unzip it. Furthermore, I was able to copy the firmware
zipped, from the cf card to the s d card and unzip it, with the
VS on the s d card.
I'm delighted I have been able to update successfully and thanks
to the very many people on this list for their enormous patience,
understanding and expertise.
Any thoughts as to why I couldn't unzip the firmware initially
downloaded to the s d card? I tried on many occasions!!
