Hi Vicky
A suggestion was to clear temporary files, however, I have not done it!
How do you clear browser history and cookies?
Best!
Peter

Do the Sense note takers even save temporary files? I can find information about clearing cookies, as well as deleting the history list of the sites visited, but nothing about temporary files.

Hi,
Uh oh.. Have you tried clearing temp files from web browser to
see if you
get more free space on RAM?
Cheers,
Joseph

All that you suggested was done with my unit, but it still
doesn't work.

 As is mine.

Those having problems might want to completely reinitialize
their systems
to
factory defaults and delete any mailinfo.txt files in their mail
folders
so
 that they're regenerated.
