The Apex case is very secure despite its using magnetic closures.  I was
afraid the case would swing open while moving it about, but not once did I
experience this issue.  It was a very sleek, quiet way to keep the unit
protected.  The only Velcro was the small bit on the left that goes over the
power switch.

Yeh for sure they would.  In fact, we might have people 
complaining that ot's too hard to open the magnets if they were 
implemente.
